We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

At GoVentureCo.com we are committed to providing the best experience for our customers. Please review our shipping and return policy for streaming box products purchased from GoVentureCo.com:

1. Orders typically ship within 1–4 business days. During high-volume periods or inventory delays, shipping may take 5–7 business days.

2. We ship via USPS and UPS. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with your shipping and tracking information.

3. ⁠Items can be shipped to all states within the United States.

Eligibility for Returns:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• A receipt or invoice is required as proof of purchase.

• Items with physical or water damage, excessive dirt, or signs of misuse are not eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender.

Exclusions:

Returns for app compatibility issues or misunderstanding of product features are not accepted unless the feature or compatibility was misrepresented or specifically guaranteed.

Return Process

1. Contact our Customer Service team here with details of your return request and proof of purchase.

2. Approval and Shipping: After review, we will send a return authorization form. Include this form in your return package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Processing and Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

4. RETURN SHIPPING & REQUIRED ITEMS

   Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when sending a device back to GO Venture Co for inspection, troubleshooting, repair, or replacement.

   All returned devices MUST include the following:

   • Original Product Box – The device must be returned in the original product packaging it came in.

   • Streaming Box – The actual streaming device.

   • Remote Control – Remove all batteries before shipping.

   • Power Cord/Adapter – The original power supply.

   • HDMI Cable – The HDMI cable included with the device.

   IMPORTANT: All items listed above must be included with your return. Please securely package everything to prevent damage during shipping. GO Venture Co is not responsible for items lost or damaged due to improper packaging.
   REPLACEMENT DEVICE POLICY – NO EXCEPTIONS

   If your streaming device is being returned for a possible replacement, GO Venture Co MUST receive your original streaming device before a replacement unit will be shipped. NO EXCEPTIONS.

   Once I receive your returned device, please allow 2–3 business days for me to inspect and evaluate the unit.

   
   IMPORTANT REPLACEMENT POLICY:

   • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning their original streaming device to GO Venture Co.

   • Replacement Shipping: Customers are also responsible for the shipping costs associated with receiving their replacement device.

   • Original Device Required: The original streaming device must be received and inspected before any replacement is shipped.

   • Inspection Period: Please allow 2–3 business days for me to complete the inspection after receiving your return.

   • Inspection Results: Once the inspection is completed, I will contact you with the results and next steps.

   • Replacement Approval: If a replacement is approved, I will provide shipping instructions and payment details before the replacement is shipped.

   PLEASE NOTE: Returning a device does not automatically guarantee a replacement. All replacement requests are subject to inspection and warranty eligibility.

   NO REPLACEMENT DEVICES WILL BE SHIPPED BEFORE THE ORIGINAL DEVICE HAS BEEN RECEIVED, INSPECTED, AND ALL APPLICABLE SHIPPING CHARGES HAVE BEEN PAID. NO EXCEPTIONS.

1-Year Warranty

All streaming devices purchased directly from GO Venture Co include a 1-Year Limited Warranty.

Warranty Coverage:

• If your device experiences issues, contact us  Our technical team will assist in diagnosing the problem.

• If a repair or replacement is required, the device may be returned to us. We will repair or replace the unit at our discretion.

• The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage caused by misuse.

Warranty Expiration:

• After the warranty period expires, devices can still be sent to us for repairs at an additional cost. During repair time, we’ll provide an account to maintain your service.

Third-Party Purchases

GO Venture Co only provides returns, refunds, and warranty service for products purchased directly from us. Products purchased from another seller or third-party vendor must be handled directly with that seller.

Important Notes:

• Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and verified as complete.

• Customers are responsible for verifying app and service compatibility before purchase. Our streaming devices run on Android and are not cable boxes.
