  • Go Venture Co. 1-Year Limited Warranty

    At GO Venture Co., we are an Authorized vSeeBox Dealer, and we stand behind the quality and reliability of every vSeeBox device we sell.

    All new vSeeBox devices purchased directly from www.goventureco.com include a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

    What's Covered
    Our warranty covers manufacturer defects and hardware malfunctions that occur during normal residential use.

    If you experience a problem with your device during the warranty period:

    1. Contact our Customer Support team by completing our Customer Support Form: LINK HERE

    2. Our technicians will troubleshoot the issue with you to determine whether it can be resolved remotely.

    3. If the device needs further inspection, we will provide instructions for returning it to GO Venture Co.

    4. Once received, we will inspect the device and, at our discretion, repair or replace the unit at no charge if the issue is determined to be covered under this warranty.

    What's Not Covered
    This warranty does not cover:

    • Physical or accidental damage

    • Water or liquid damage

    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation

    • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications

    • Power surges, electrical damage, or acts of nature

    • Normal cosmetic wear and tear

    • Accessories, including remotes, HDMI cables, power adapters, batteries, or retail packaging

    • Software updates, third-party applications, or service interruptions beyond our control

    Warranty Return Information
    Customers are responsible for securely packaging the device before shipment.

    Customers are responsible for shipping the device to GO Venture Co. for warranty evaluation. If the warranty claim is approved, GO Venture Co. will repair or replace the unit and cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement device back to the customer.

    After the Warranty Period
    We're still here to help.

    If your device is no longer covered under warranty, GO Venture Co. offers repair services for a reasonable service fee. Our technicians will evaluate the device and provide an estimate before any repairs are performed.
