  • No, there are no additional charges after purchasing the vSeeBox! Once you buy it, you can access the pre-installed apps with no subscriptions or hidden fees.

  • Yes, you can use a TF card to expand storage. It supports FAT format cards with storage capacities of 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB. Note that apps installed on the TF card must be in APK format.

  • A minimum of 15 Mbps is recommended. For smoother streaming, using an Ethernet connection is preferred.

  • Each box includes the device, HDMI cable, power adapter, remote control, and user manual. All units come brand new, shrink-wrapped, and unopened.

vSeeBox Setup & Installation

  • You can add channels to your Favorites in two ways:

    • Method 1: Hover over a channel and long press the OK button on your remote. A white heart icon will appear when it’s added. Press and hold again to remove it.

    • Method 2: Open the Heat Live app, go to the Menu, select Favorites, and choose your preferred channels. Select again to remove.

  • We recommend using the Google Play Store to download official apps like Netflix, YouTube TV, and Disney+.

    For additional apps, you can visit the Market on the Home Page, where common third-party apps are available for easy installation.

  • Go to:
    Home Page → Settings → Apps
    Select the app you want to remove and click Uninstall.

  • vSeeBox supports Over-The-Air updates.

    Go to:
    Home Page → Software Update
    Select Online Update to check for the latest version.

  • Go to:
    Home Screen → Settings → System Settings → Bluetooth → Pair New Device

    Then hold OK + Volume Down (VOL-) on the remote until the red light flashes. Select “vSeeBox Remoter” to connect.

  • A factory reset will erase all data and apps.

    Go to:
    Home Screen → System Settings → Device Preferences → Reset → Erase Everything

    You can reinstall apps after the reset.

  • First, make sure your internet is connected. Try opening YouTube to confirm.

    If apps are still missing or glitching, perform a factory reset:
    Settings → Device Preferences → Reset → Erase Everything

  • While watching VOD content, press the Menu button on your remote.

    Go to Subtitles and select None to turn off, or choose your preferred language.

  • During playback, press the Menu button.

    Go to Track and select your preferred language (English, Español, etc., depending on availability).

  • Your Favorites are located at the top of the VOD main page.

    To remove a title, hover over it, press the Menu button, and select remove.

Other Questions

  • If your network shows “Remembered” but not “Connected,” it usually means the password is incorrect.

    To fix this, go to:
    Home Screen → System Settings → Network → Select your Wi-Fi → Forget Network

    Then reconnect and enter the correct password.

  • We recommend shutting down (power off) when the device is not in use. This helps free up memory and keeps the box running smoothly.

    Sleep mode is best for short breaks, allowing for a quicker startup.

  • Yes, vSeeBox models such as V6 Pro, V6 Max, V6 Plus, Ultra, Mini include a 1-year warranty for hardware issues.
