Before Submitting a Support Request
Most streaming device issues can be resolved by completing the troubleshooting steps below.
Please complete these steps first before submitting a support request.
-
This fixes most freezing, buffering, loading, and connection issues.
Unplug your streaming device from the power outlet.
Unplug your internet router and modem from power.
Wait 3–5 minutes.
Plug your modem back in first and allow it to fully reconnect.
Plug your router back in and allow it to reconnect.
Plug your streaming device back in and test again.
-
Restart the App
Press the Home button to exit the app.Reopen the app and test again.
Clear App Cache
Go to System Settings.
Scroll down to Apps.
Click on See All Apps.
Select the app that is having issues.
Select Force Stop.
Select Clear Cache.
Restart your device.
After your device restarts, open the app again and test.
-
If your device will not connect to Wi-Fi or you are experiencing connection issues:
Check that your Wi-Fi says Connected.
If it says Remembered, forget the network and reconnect using your Wi-Fi password.
Check your Wi-Fi signal strength.
Move the device closer to your router if needed.
Make sure IP settings are set to DHCP.
Open YouTube to verify your internet connection.
Run a speed test using the Fast app.
Recommended minimum speed:
8 Mbps or higher for streaming. -
Some internet routers include advanced security features that may block streaming devices or prevent certain apps from connecting properly.
If your streaming device connects to Wi-Fi but apps will not load, keep buffering, disconnect, or display network errors, you may need to check whether your router's security protection settings are enabled.
🔍 Please check your router or internet provider's mobile app for the following settings:
Advanced Security Protection
Security Shield Features
Parental Controls
Content Filtering
Device Blocking
Firewall Restrictions
📱 Common Internet Provider Security Features:
Xfinity: Advanced Security
Spectrum: Security Shield
Other Providers: Advanced Security, Device Protection, or similar settings
⚙️ What You Need to Do
Open your internet provider's mobile app or log in to your router settings.
Locate the Security, Advanced Security, or Device Protection section.
Check whether any security settings are enabled that could be blocking your streaming device or apps.
If necessary, temporarily disable the specific blocking feature or allow your streaming device through the security settings.
Restart your modem/router.
Restart your streaming device.
Test your streaming apps again.
📶 IMPORTANT: TEST WITH A MOBILE HOTSPOT
You can also connect your streaming device to your cellphone's mobile hotspot to test the connection.
If your streaming device works correctly using a mobile hotspot but not your home Wi-Fi, the issue may be related to your router, internet provider, or security protection settings.
💡 GO Venture Co Support Tip:
We recommend checking these settings before assuming your streaming device is defective. Security features can sometimes interfere with streaming apps even when your Wi-Fi connection appears normal.
For your protection, only disable security features temporarily for testing. Re-enable them afterward and contact your internet provider if you need help allowing your device to connect safely.
-
If your TV displays "No Signal," a black screen, or does not recognize your streaming device, the issue may be related to the HDMI cable, TV input selection, or HDMI connection.
🔍 Please Follow These Troubleshooting Steps:
Check the HDMI Cable: Make sure the HDMI cable is securely connected to both your streaming device and TV.
Reconnect the HDMI Cable: Unplug the HDMI cable from both ends, then reconnect it firmly.
Try Another HDMI Port: Move the HDMI cable to a different HDMI port on your TV.
Check Your TV Input: Using your TV remote, press the INPUT or SOURCE button and select the correct HDMI port (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, HDMI 3, etc.).
Restart Both Devices: Turn off your TV and unplug your streaming device from power for approximately 30–60 seconds. Reconnect the power and turn everything back on.
Try Another HDMI Cable: If the issue continues, test with a different HDMI cable to rule out a damaged or faulty cable.
⚠️ Important: HDMI ARC / eARC Ports
Some televisions have HDMI ports labeled ARC or eARC, which are commonly used for soundbars and home theater audio systems.
Although these ports can also support streaming devices, we recommend trying a standard HDMI port first when troubleshooting connection problems.
💡 GO Venture Co Support Tip
Sometimes your TV and streaming device simply need to establish a new HDMI connection. Disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI cable or switching HDMI ports can often resolve the issue.
If your TV continues displaying "No Signal" after completing these steps, please contact GO Venture Co Support for additional assistance.
-
If your streaming device remote control stops responding, becomes slow, or loses connection, the issue may be related to weak batteries, a lost Bluetooth connection, or the remote needing to be paired again.
🔍 Please Follow These Troubleshooting Steps:
Replace the Batteries: Install a fresh, high-quality set of AAA batteries. Even newly purchased batteries can sometimes be weak from extended storage.
Check Battery Placement: Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly, matching the positive (+) and negative (−) markings.
Restart Your Streaming Device: Unplug your streaming device from its power source for approximately 30–60 seconds, then reconnect it.
Check for Obstructions: Make sure nothing is blocking the remote's signal, especially when using infrared (IR) functions.
Move Closer to Your Device: Stand within a few feet of your streaming device and test the remote again.
Check for Stuck Buttons: Make sure none of the remote buttons are stuck or being continuously pressed.
🔄 Remote Lost Connection? Bluetooth Pairing May Be Required
Some streaming device remotes use Bluetooth technology for navigation and additional features.
If your remote loses its Bluetooth connection, it may need to be paired with your streaming device again.
What You Should Do:
Make sure your streaming device is powered on.
Install fresh batteries in your remote.
Restart your streaming device.
Follow the Bluetooth pairing instructions for your specific streaming device model.
Test your remote after pairing is complete.
⚠️ Important: Remote pairing instructions can vary depending on your streaming device model. Please do not attempt random button combinations, as some buttons may control other functions.
💡 GO Venture Co Support Tip
Many remote control issues are caused by weak batteries or a temporary Bluetooth connection problem rather than a defective remote.
We recommend replacing the batteries and restarting your streaming device before requesting a replacement remote.
If your remote continues to have problems after completing these steps, please contact GO Venture Co Support for additional assistance.

Your streaming device operates on an Android-based system, similar to many smartphones and tablets. Periodic software, firmware, and app updates help keep your device operating properly.
📲 When Updates Are Available:
Allow Updates to Complete: Follow the on-screen instructions and give your device enough time to finish the update.
Do Not Unplug Your Device: Never disconnect the power or turn off your streaming device while an update is installing.
Maintain a Stable Internet Connection: Make sure your device remains connected to Wi-Fi or Ethernet during updates that require internet access.
Be Patient: Some updates may take several minutes, depending on their size and your internet connection.
Allow Automatic Restarts: Your device may restart during the update process. This is normal.
Check Your Apps: Once the update is complete, make sure your streaming apps open and function correctly.
⚠️ Important: Do Not Interrupt Updates
Unplugging your streaming device during a system or firmware update could cause software errors, startup problems, or prevent the device from operating correctly.
If your device appears to be taking longer than expected, avoid repeatedly unplugging or restarting it.
💡 GO Venture Co Support Tip
Keeping your streaming device updated can help:
Improve overall performance and stability.
Correct software bugs and connection issues.
Improve compatibility with supported apps.
Provide new features and system improvements.
Maintain important security updates.
We recommend completing official device updates whenever they become available. Only install firmware from trusted, authorized sources intended for your specific device model.
If your device becomes stuck during an update or does not restart properly, please contact GO Venture Co Support before attempting a factory reset.

Your streaming device requires a strong, stable internet connection for the best viewing experience. Even when your device shows that it is connected to Wi-Fi, internet performance can affect how quickly apps load and how smoothly content plays.
🔍 Common Factors That Can Affect Streaming
Weak Wi-Fi Signal: A poor wireless connection may cause buffering, freezing, or slow loading.
Distance From Your Router: The farther your streaming device is from your router, the weaker the Wi-Fi signal may become.
Too Many Connected Devices: Multiple TVs, smartphones, computers, and gaming systems using the internet simultaneously can affect streaming performance.
Internet Provider Issues: Temporary outages, network congestion, or provider restrictions may interrupt streaming.
Router Security Settings: Advanced Security, Security Shield, parental controls, or content filtering may block certain apps or connections.
App or Server Maintenance: Some streaming apps and services may experience temporary interruptions, updates, or server-related issues.
⚙️ What to Do if Your Streaming Apps Are Buffering, Freezing, or Not Loading
Restart Your Streaming Device: Unplug the power for approximately 30–60 seconds, then reconnect it.
Restart Your Modem/Router: Disconnect the power for approximately 60 seconds, reconnect it, and allow your internet connection to fully restore.
Check Your Wi-Fi Signal: If possible, move your streaming device closer to your router or use a wired Ethernet connection if supported.
Reduce Network Traffic: Temporarily disconnect unnecessary devices or pause large downloads.
Check Router Security Settings: Make sure your internet provider's security features are not blocking your streaming device or apps.
Test Another App: If other apps work correctly, the problem may be related to one particular app or service.
Try a Mobile Hotspot: Connect your streaming device to a cellphone hotspot to help determine whether the issue is related to your home internet connection.
Allow Time for System Refreshes: Some apps and services may need additional time to reconnect, update content, or recover from temporary interruptions.
⏳ Important: Some Streaming Issues Are Temporary
Streaming apps and online services occasionally experience maintenance, server interruptions, or software updates.
If an app is temporarily unavailable, this does not necessarily mean your streaming device is defective.
Sometimes the best solution is to allow the service time to recover and test again later.
💡 GO Venture Co Support Tip
Before assuming your streaming device needs repair or replacement, always check your internet connection, restart your equipment, and test other apps.
If your device works correctly with a mobile hotspot but experiences problems on your home Wi-Fi, the issue may be related to your router, internet provider, or network security settings.
Remember: Streaming performance depends on several factors, including internet stability, app availability, network conditions, and device software.
If problems continue after troubleshooting, please contact GO Venture Co Support for additional assistance.
