What's in the Box

  • vSeeBox Unit – The main hardware device.

  • Power Adapter – For powering the device.

  • Bluetooth Remote Control – Used to navigate and control your vSeeBox.

  • Quick Start Guide – Instructions for initial setup and configuration.

  • Warranty Information – Details about the product warranty and support.

Basic Setup

  1. Connect the vSeeBox unit to the included power adapter.

  2. Connect the vSeeBox unit to your TV using the included HDMI cable. If your TV uses AV inputs, connect using a compatible AV cable.

  3. Insert (2) AAA or AA batteries (whichever your vSeeBox remote requires) into the Bluetooth remote control.

  4. Turn on your TV and select the correct HDMI input that the vSeeBox unit is connected to.

  5. Turn on the vSeeBox unit and follow the on-screen setup instructions.

Pairing the Bluetooth Remote

To pair the Bluetooth remote with your vSeeBox unit:

  1. Press and hold the OK and – (Minus) buttons simultaneously.

  2. Wait until you see the message "Remote control connected successfully."

  3. Once the remote is paired, the setup will automatically continue to the next step.

Set Your Language

Use your remote to scroll through the available languages and select your preferred language.

Adjust the Screen Size

Use your remote to adjust the display so it fits your TV screen correctly.

Set Your Time Zone

Use your remote to select your correct time zone.

Connect to the Internet

Choose one of the following connection methods:

  • Wi-Fi (Wireless)

  • Ethernet (Wired)

Select Your Network

Choose your Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks.

Enter Your Wi-Fi Password

Enter your Wi-Fi password using the on-screen keyboard, then select Connect.

Explore the Home Screen

Once connected, your vSeeBox unit is ready to use.

  • Open the HEAT Live app and add your favorite channels for quick access.

  • Browse the available apps and features on the Home Screen.

  • Use the Google Play Store to download additional apps.

  • Enjoy your entertainment experience!
